Sangervasio’s cellars are located inside the historical buildings of the village, in perfect harmony with the farm and its surroundings. All the different parts that compose the cellar, Barriques room and Vin Santo room, have been maintained as they were and restructured in 1980.
Technology respects architecture and tradition.

Our philosophy in the cellar is the same as in the vineyards. The wine-making process is natural, without any chemical additives. Our wines are expression of the soil in which the grape is grown. There are no tricks or shortcuts…and that is how a truly fine wine is made!

In San Gervasio we operate:
